Requirements

Responsibilities
  • - Develop business opportunity with potential customers and implement business development strategies to support the growth of the company.
  • - Responsible for maintaining and expanding company relationship with existing customers and solicit new business with prospective clients.
  • - Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for services.
  • - Responsible and realizing the committed sales target.
  • - Analyze market needs, develop account strategies.
  • - Perform and analysis on competitors, market trend and feasibility study.

Requirements
  • - Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • - 2-3 years working experience in related field
  • - Familiar with Employment Act 1955 / Industrial Relation Act 1967.
  • - Able to work independently and ability to plan assigned duties diligently
  • - Excellent problem solving skills, leadership skills, strong planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • - Handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll. recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR related support services.
  • - Responsible for the payroll process in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance to local regulations.
  • - Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filling and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • - liaise with statutory government bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF etc. regarding labor legislation issues.
  • - To handle the onboarding of foreign workers from new applications, work permit renewal, FOMEMA arrangements, Insurance renewal and check out memo etc.
  • - Responsible for office administrative tasks.
  • - Responsible for full scope of general administration functions of the company, includes agreement, permits, licenses, insurances, maintenance etc.
  • - Coordinate on factory/hostel management.
  • - Prepare employees for their role in the organization by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • - Undertake other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
